When I think about the future, there is a lot of things that comes in mind. There are tons of things I want to do and I do not want to do. Of course, everyone envisions all of the materialistic factors that they want such as fancy cars, mansions, a perfect family, and loads of cash. But for me, I want my future to consist of perfect moments. I believe it is difficult to always get what you want but it is not hard to live the best way we can because there is no such this as a perfect life. I want to cherish all of the moments I have and apply them to my future. I want to achieve all of my college goals such as getting a degree in nursing and child development. I plan to be an alumni of UC Irvine. Before I start a family, I want to first have the intelligence and capability to be stable. I want to be secure in life and make sure everything is smooth. I want to make sure I have money to pay for my next meal, money saved up for a home of my own in the future and enough money to help my children if I ever decide to have one in the future, I want to give my family my all in order to bring them to success. I want them to live a better life than I did so I want to try really hard for them. I want to make sure I graduate from college before doing anything and that’s when I know what I want to do with my life. I know, for sure, I have no room for procrastination because my dream is probably hard to achieve and I know I can do it without a doubt.
More than anything I want my parents to be proud of what choices I am making for my future, as much as I wish to graduate out of college with a master’s degree. I want to make sure my family is happy and stable, I would do anything to make sure they’re financially, physically and mentally okay. If my parents are happy, I will be happy. I want to try to improve myself and drag them along with me. This is how I see myself in twenty years.
After twenty years, hopefully I gradate from college with a masters degree working with children or a bachelor degree for Science in Nursing. Hopefully, I am working in an environment with children, whether it is in a hospital or at a school. I want to see myself helping children inside my community and outside because I believe adults should focus on how their minds develop. Knowing that I helped one person will bring me happiness.
